How to Prepare Carrot Juice for Glowing Skin:

Freshly prepared carrot juice is not only healthy and tasty but also makes for a great breakfast time juice. To make carrot juice for glowing skin, take about 4 medium sized tender carrots. Wash them well and scrub out the outer root-like parts and any other impurities present. Cut these carrots into small 1-inch pieces, so that they do not damage the blender you are going to put it into. Put all the carrot pieces in your blender / mixer and run the machine. Add a bit of water from time to time to make it into a puree and finally into a consistency enough to drink it as a juice. Drink this freshly prepared carrot juice immediately after preparation.If you want to improve the taste of this simple carrot juice, then squeeze out the juice of one lemon and add an inch-sized ginger while blending.
