To prepare a refreshing cooler that will serve as a detox as well as skin-friendly drink, you need 2 cucumbers, a handful of fresh mint, juice of 1 lemon, an inch of ginger and 1 teaspoon of honey. To prepare this drink, wash, peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Add the cucumber pieces, washed mint leaves, juice of 1 lemon, ginger and honey in your mixer/juicer. Blend this well. Add 3/4th glass of water and again blend it. Add water, only if needed. Serve this drink in your favorite glass and enjoy this drink early mornings. This refreshing cucumber mint lemonade is also a great beverage to have during summers.

Additionally, there is another very popular cucumber celery juice recipe that I would like to add here. The procedure for preparing this juice is same as above. You only need to replace the mint with 3 stalks of celery. If you want to flavor it up a bit, then you can also add 1 apple or an orange to it while blending.
