Orange Juice Recipe

Who doesn’t enjoy a glass of fresh orange juice in the morning? I certainly do. In fact many families and people world over, enjoy this bright citric juice during breakfast and even before meals. High in Vitamin C, folates, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants, orange juice not only gives several health benefits to the people consuming it regularly but also improves their skin considerably by preventing it from getting dry and chapped. For all those who want to attain a firm yet supple skin and control premature signs of ageing, try having a glass (or at the most two) of orange juice every alternate day and see the visible effects it brings to your skin.

How to Prepare Orange Juice for Glowing Skin:

To prepare fresh orange juice at home, peel around 5-6 medium to big sized oranges. Separate orange segments and remove their seeds. Collect all these deseeded orange segments in your juicer, mixer or blender. Add 1/2 glass of water to it. Run the machine till it forms a pulpy-liquidy mixture. Using a strainer, filter this mixture over a bowl or pan. Pour this juice in a glass and drink it immediately. If you want to sweeten your juice a bit, thenĀ  add a teaspoon of honey to it.
